Every Sunday during the season of Advent you will get a 15-20 minute audio meditation delivered to your inbox or as a text message .

Each audio contemplation includes a very brief introduction, followed by 10-15 minutes of beautiful, soothing piano arrangements of favorite Christmas carols, then ending with a prayer.

These Sacred Pauses are offered to you as an outreach of Living Water Soul Care at no cost to the community. We want only to offer a time of peace during this sometimes difficult or hectic season!
