In this one-time seminar, we’ll view a video and discuss the work of Dacher Keltner, author of “Awe: The New Science of Everyday Wonder”. Dr. Keltner was a consultant for the Inside Out movies and is a leading researcher in the neuroscience field at UC Berkley. His work is both intriguing and transformative. You won’t want to miss it!
Date/Time: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 1:30-3:00 pm, Sept through Nov. Beginning 9/3.

This Fall, join us for our Walking in Wisdom group. It will be a bit different but also very rich.
Each meeting, We’ll gather in the library for a time of sharing followed by an hour of contemplative creativity. Bring your favorite creative outlet if you like, or I’ll have options available. I’ll be using the wonderful book The Artist’s Rule by Christine Paintner to guide our sharing. No need for you all to get the book, but if you’re interested, here’s the Amazon Link.

Come away for a time of quiet, reflection, self-care and renewal. Nourish your spirit while you rest and connect with others. Get connected to resources for soul-care for your journey. Brief times of directed focus will be followed by individual time for rest, prayer, journaling, walking the labyrinth, enjoying your chosen guided meditation, or relaxing with music listening stations. One-on-one conversations with Sandy for care and support will be available throughout the morning.
